What a great episode. I love it! I love the discussion /conversation on how to be ‘better’ or more ‘well’. We have indeed been indoctrinated in living in a certain way and even though many of us don’t align with it we continue with it because we don’t know any better and the ‘old’ truths have been forgotten. I love how spirit can help give us their perspective and guidance in this very clear way. I would love to see much more on this subject. How to do these normal, every day things ‘better’. Sleep, being in nature, diet, exercise, sex, wormk, being with others, being with yourself, being with spirit, being with your kids etc etc So many every things we could have guidance on. Thank you. I hope there will be more. Big hugs.
