That is so interesting that Sai talks about rubbing your belly! As a kid I would rub my belly a lot and not just if i was hungry or full. I stopped after being teased one day asking if I was pregnant. Its good to know that it can be to assist your sacral chakra.
How is the sacral chakra affected when someone is pregnant? Since there’s a baby’s energy present there as well, does it change the balance of energy? I would say you influence the child more. It’s physical body gets it’s configuration how to function from your body (blood pressure, composition of blood; physical needs for maintenance; Energetic imprint of the environment for the feeling at home (?)); on energetic level I guess its like an attachment with the difference that it want to love and be loved. The soul as far as I know isn’t constantly in the little body, it connects to you and enters the body just before the birth or afterwards completely, my guess is to not influence you on a energetic behavioral level too strong…

Can you have low energy in the sacral chakra in different areas? Like specific relationships or circumstances? And then have balanced energy in others?
How do you know if your sacral is acting organically. Or if it’s reacting to a memory of something Similar that affected You in the past?
