OMG, this was awesome. Jamie (Grace) recommended I look you up. Bonus here was you and Leslie. I loved it all. Been so confused about food, in general, mostly because I was in an unhealthy frame of mind, or was that chakra imbalances. 😉 Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and will start to change over my thought processes around foods, and follow a more seasonal, rainbow diet of deliciousness, and not ridiculousness of elimination of foods I don’t really need to eliminate, and not stick to the darn diets out there anyway. lol. Thank You! Both of you were like a breath of fresh air.
