Ahw Jamie, I’m sorry that happened. I wonder if they listen to this one day haha. I remember having tripwire customers like that in retail in my younger days; holy smokes, as if I was personally responsible for the product malfunctioning in their care… Yeah their anger and frustration can really penetrate into your field and leaves you feeling shit and takes quite a few hours to shake off. Not nice at all.
