Really enjoying the horoscope series and I’ve been waiting to see what you had to share on Virgo as my husband and youngest daughter have Virgo Moons. I had more than one giggle when you spoke on how Virgo expresses its emotions in relationships in the Moon aspect. SO SPOT ON!
You asked about stories relating to Virgos. I will give you a very short version. This is my second marriage and both of us were divorced 10 days apart in early 2000. We started seeing each other in May of 2000. Moved in together in June 2001 with my two children. It was his idea to take that next step. Now mind you, he had yet to say those 3 little words all of us want to hear before making a commitment. We were together for 3 years before he verbalized the words “I Love You.” When I would ask about it prior to then as he had no problem saying it to his son, he would respond with “but I show you what you mean to me all the time.” (Cancer sun sign who definitely expresses feelings through FOOD!”
So.. 3 years for those 3 words. He designed my ring and had it made for me for Christmas in 2004. I was given the ring as a gift and show of commitment … no not a proposal. He proposed after 7 yrs by doing a power point after the final movie of Farscape he had recorded. I had him roll dice to find out how many years it would be for the wedding and then for setting a date. We got married in 2008… our 8th year together! His profession? Electrician. Enough said hahahaa

Glad you got some good laughs out of my post. I still laugh over it and think it is adorable! We have been together now for 17yrs and will celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary on 9/20! We survived raising a blended family and the kids turned out pretty good hehehee!
Yes, we very much have the mind/heart meld. We actually use telepathy quite often without even trying. The kids used to make fun of us when they would see us do it and go “they are doing that mind thing again!” We can both feel each other’s heart space and emotions going on even far apart. He is my rock and I am his so it makes a good balance.
Besides, who else would embrace my kind of crazy with my spiritual work and being? It scared the crap out of my first husband (gemini) so much that after our divorce, he ran back to his church as fast as his feet could carry him. But my Cancer/Virgo hubby says, “I am here for YOU so you can do what you do for everyone else in the world.” Who can resist that?

This was a great episode. I don’t have any planets or such in Virgo in my chart, but I have a couple Virgo Sun friends and it’s so true with the way they focus on one area of their life and have it completely organized and categorized like a science. One of those friends was/is a professional video gamer and it was amazing how she’d look at one particular game in such depth whereas myself as a heavy Gemini influence would look at many games on a broader level, yet we could still relate in different ways with that Mercury influence.
I’m really looking forward to all the rest of the sign episodes, but specifically Aquarius and Scorpio because I have some important things related to those signs.
