I love this episode and have watched it multiple times to really let it sink in and as I was really starting to understand it and was taking notes, the notes turned into automatic writing, still with Grace’s voice in my head (which I haven’t doen before, knowingly) and tears just came (of joy, and of relief…see I CAN do this!) I felt like a baby taking my first steps. Thank you so much. And yes we need to make this chakra more ‘common knowledge’. I am going to try and spread the word for sure (I’ll be sure to mention TLSN of course and this episode. Love you all and THANK YOU!
