Lovely episode, thank you Grace. I also feel this might call for a more in depth episode into clearing this stuck energy. Yes we can sage, set intentions etc but what modalities are available to help heal and realign the chakra’s and perhaps some lesser known techniques we can use every day. I’m sure there is an episode in there somehow. Big love to you all.
Very informative discussion! I was waiting to hear what remedy Grace was going to suggest to her “young couple” in her example. Also, I felt discouraged thinking we can be doing, living that kind, loving way and still end up with stuck energy that manifests illness or disease because of subconscious beliefs. In the midst of that illness or disease how do we, on our own, figure out that belief? Seems so complicated sometimes.
