    Sweet! Lovely episode! The gratitude jar idea is neat, considering how many journals I have to think about 😀 Going to try it!
    For me, it would be fun to learn about the physical body and health and how it relates to overall state of being. (I hope it makes sense, I keep rereading my sentence and it’s getting sillier every time I read it :D)
