History of Intuition in the Butler Family

    Hi Jamie,

This was a great episode! Thank you and your dad so much for sharing some more about your family’s history with these different abilities. I love the stories.

Due to various circumstances such as being an only-child, my mom being adopted and my not having anything to do with my dad’s side of the family, I have no idea what my lineage is like in terms of spiritual abilities. In one sense it’s empowering because it’s like an empty book where I can write my own journey, but in another sense it’s a bit sad because it would be neat to know what kind of things might run in my ancestral line for this body.

I’m so glad season three’s theme is “history,” as it is one of my favourite topics to learn about.

    Thanks.

Hey there, Ursula came to mind when I was reading your comments. She does amazing ancestral work. Why not give it a try:):) It would be nice to know:)

Wonderful episode! Your dad did an awesome job in sharing. I don’t know why but when your dad shared his experience with the Realtors and how he had a daughter with spiritual gifts I began to cry. I don’t know why it was so emotional for me. I found out this past year that my great grandmother was called a “seer”. Now my mother is VERY religious and I can imagine why she never mentioned this before. My mom has had experiences but she explains them as having had them because SHE has a more special relationship with God than the rest of us. I don’t argue her explanation with her but I do validate to her that I believe her having these experiences. I had a brief period in my early thirties where I experienced some things but nothing since then. Thanks for the great episode ❤️

Tears are so confirming! Sounds like you are really connecting strongly. How cool that your grandmother was called the ‘seer’!! and to hear how your mother associates to her gifts is so different than her mother and you. I really admire how you let you mother be herself, you are giving her some true love by supporting her story. I believe that when you have had experiences before you can have them again. so keep your seat belt on, maybe they are coming soon!

Thank you for sharing some family stories and history with all of us and your dad is just adorable to listen to! We talk to our plants and especially the garden! We taught the kids to ask the plant for the branch or piece you want to use (like the herbs for cooking) before just taking it. If you ask the plant while holding the branch or fruit/ veggie, if that one is okay, it will break off with ease. If it bends or won’t come, let go and move to ask for a different one on the plant and the plant will provide what will be best to take and for it to let go of without struggle. Works fantastic and always always say thank you to the plant upon its release!

I only have a little history in the family on abilities and none on my birth father’s side. But like you, in researching my past lives, oh boy! It is all over the place in different forms and I was killed often for it. This life they keep promising me it won’t kill me hahahahahaaa! We shall see! Love you toodles! <3

How cool is that?! Thank you for sharing this. I love the ‘release’ feeling from the plant:) Thank you for showing this to your children and now to all of us.
Sounds like we share a lot in past lives….I seem to keep reminding myself that I won’t die for this work either;) wow I am not alone.
      Keep the great work up!

I loved watching the love for your dad soften and shift your demeanor. My father also had a great deal of intuitive ability both as a veterinarian and as a spiritual leader. He saw transitioned spirits with his waking eyes at various times throughout his life. I aspire to the level of connection he experienced.
