Yay! Thank you so much! The music has a kind of Kygo feel to it– I knew it was “The One” when I first heard it. ๐Ÿ™‚

Welcome to the Network, Julia! I really look forward to your sharing and explorations on Integrated medicine as it is something I have been waiting to see happen on a larger scale. My own healing journey took me into integrating modalities and even into past lives to finally get to the roots as well as digging into my soul contract. I was in a car accident at the age of 17 in which no treatment was given at that time and yet this was a vital part of my life plan for me to get to where I am today. 30 yrs of chronic pain, headaches and so on… to finally be in harmony with myself and my body has been quite a journey that I would never trade now! My condition is still there but it is no longer something I fight against and finally came to a good place of acceptance for all that it brings to my life.

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your story. It is a great example of some of the key components that we will be exploring… how all of it fits together. I’m glad to hear that you’re better and that you continue to grow. Thanks so much for the warm welcome! ๐Ÿ™‚

What about us people who just don’t get sick? ๐Ÿ˜›

    • Dr. Julia Spinolo at 7:03 am

Well then you, my friend, must be doing things quite right. ๐Ÿ™‚

Or I’m saving it up for death. I’ll just explode or something ๐Ÿ˜›

Last time I was sick was 1999 with a sinus infection. I did get sick earlier this year from a self induced mold attack sweeping it off some wood. Lasted about 2 days. So, 19 years between illness… other than broken bones and spider bites ๐Ÿ˜›

Hahaha–I had to laugh at that first comment.
You are a very blessed individual. I think having good health (mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional) is key to living the best life.
